1. Scope of service

Travel Traum operates an online platform where customers can book private road transfers. Our goal is to simplify your adventures, helping you explore effortlessly, whether you seek adventure, relaxation, or cultural experiences. 
Each product page describes the vehicle class (car, van, minibus, bus) and the maximum passenger capacity.

2. How prices are calculated

a) Base price = distance (km) × price-per-km set for the chosen vehicle.
Note that as ‘distance’ we consider the distance in kilometers of the trip you chose, authorized by google maps instantly. 

b) i) A minimum fare of €50.00 applies to every booking.
In other words, if the multiplication of trip’s distance with the selected car’s price per km is less than €50.00, then the price you will pay will be €50.00 exactly.
ii) A minimum fare of €100.00 applies to every booking that is booked in between 1 to 3 hrs from current datetime.

c) Tolls, or parking fees awaiting for the clients arrival (if any) are included in the calculated price.

3. Making a booking

a) Enter pickup and drop-off locations, departure time (now or in the near future) and number of passengers.

b) The site automatically calculates the exact distance of the trip (authorized by google maps), displays available vehicles and the total price per vehicle.

c) Click “Add to cart”, then complete checkout.

d) Once payment is confirmed you receive an automated booking e-mail. The e-mail includes all necessary instructions.

4. Payments & security

Payments are processed through WooCommerce and our payment partner Viva. We never store full card data.
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Changes & cancellations

a) Bookings can be changed or canceled by the clients within 10 to 15 minutes of booking confirmation (for instant bookings) or up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time (for bookings made in a future date-time). This can only be achieved via the authorized phone number sent from the automated email of the booking.
– A full refund is issued according to our Return & Refund Policy (see separate page).

b)Bookings can be changed or cancelled by the owners within 30 minutes after Booking from the clients.
– A full refund is issued according to our Return & Refund Policy (see separate page).

c) No-show at scheduled pickup time by the clients, is treated as a cancellation without refund.

6. Passenger responsibilities

a) Provide accurate passenger count and luggage information.

b) Ensure all passengers are ready at the pickup point at the confirmed time.

c) You are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle by your party.

7. Our responsibilities & liability

We aim to provide punctual, safe and comfortable transfers.
However, we are not liable for delays caused by force-majeure events (extreme weather, road closures, strikes, etc.).

8. Complaints

If something goes wrong please contact us within 14 days of travel: app.traum@gmail.com . We respond within five working days.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Greek law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.

10. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
